Job responsibilities

  • Order management and administration within the area of inside sales of devices
  • Manage invoicing and administration of incoming order inquiries
  • Order products from distributors based on orders received via our webshop
  • Create orders in our internal systems for invoicing
  • Handle incoming orders/changes/completions for our customers with customer-specific agreements
  • Manage incoming swap-24 orders and warranty cases
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Develop and suggest adjustments in our internal processes and management

We are looking for someone who

Has a strong interest in IT, telecommunications, and similar devices, customer contact, and administration, who is service-oriented and identifies with our core values. Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales administration, or order management, preferably within IT, telecommunications, or similar technical products.
  • Documented experience working in business systems, order flows, and administrative tools.
  • Good technical knowledge of computers, mobile phones, tablets, networking products, and peripherals (headsets, keyboards, docking stations, and monitors).
  • Experience handling order changes, exchanges, warranty cases, and returns.
  • Familiarity with working with customer-specific agreements, SLAs, and internal processes.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • A strong technical interest and enjoy understanding products in depth.
  • Structured and meticulous
  • Service-oriented with a high sense of responsibility, as the role is closely linked to customer experience.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions in cases of delivery delays, out-of-stock items, or warranty exchanges.
  • Enjoy working closely with sales and the rest of the team, and contribute to the development of routines and processes.
  • Be flexible and proactive, able to prioritize and drive your tasks forward independently.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience from a telecommunications operator, IT reseller, or hardware distributor.
  • Familiarity with exchange processes, DOA handling, and warranty exchanges.
  • Experience working in webshop back-end or ordering portals.
  • Experience in warehouse administration.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Zendesk, Upsales.
